Compared to my old corded saw, this thing cuts just as fast but without tangling me in an extension cord — the orbital action really chews through framing lumber. Only wish it came with a blade wrench holder, but the power more than makes up for it.

Cut through a dozen 4x4s on one battery charge and it never bogged down once. The orbital action makes a huge difference on thicker material. If you’ve used a corded sawzall before, you won’t miss the cord here.

Absolutely rips through pressure-treated lumber in seconds; the orbital action feels like it's doing half the work for me. Battery life is solid enough to cut a full sheet of plywood and still have juice left for the framing.
