I was skeptical about the battery life on a 12V tool, but this cut-off saw chewed through a dozen pieces of 1/2" EMT on a single charge. The 20,000 RPM really makes quick work of metal, and the 2.5Ah battery holds up better than I expected.
Needed something compact for cutting copper pipe in tight ceiling spaces, and the 20,000 RPM made quick work of it while still being manageable with one hand. The included 2.5Ah battery lasted through a full afternoon of light demo work without needing a recharge.
