Having used this almost daily for a month, the triggerless ratchet mechanism makes one-handed loosening so much faster than my old pneumatic. The two batteries are enough to get me through a full suspension swap without recharging.
Triggered the triggerless ratchet mechanism by accident a couple times at first, but once I got used to it the speed is incredible for getting into tight spots. The 3/8" head fits where my bigger impact just can't reach.
