I’ve been using this drill driver for framing work and the 13-amp motor powers through thick lumber without slowing down. The two speed settings are perfect, letting me switch between fast pilot holes and slow torque for larger bits.
This thing bored through a stack of 2x6s without even slowing down, and the two-speed gearbox is a lifesaver when you need to switch from hogging holes to precision work. I've had cheaper right-angle drills bind up on me, but this one handles the torque like a champ.
Finally got to use this on some 4-inch holes through studs and the low speed handled it without even breaking a sweat. Glad I caught it on clearance.
That low gear is seriously strong — I was drilling 1-inch holes through old beams without any binding or bogging down. It feels like it could power through a wall.
Finally have a drill that doesn’t bog down when I’m boring 1-inch holes through old timber. The two-speed gearbox makes it easy to switch between fast pilot holes and slow, high-torque work.
This thing chewed through a stack of 2x4s and a thick laminated beam without even slowing down. The 13-amp motor gives it serious brute force, and the right-angle head makes it easy to work in tight stud bays.
The low-speed setting at 450 RPM made quick work of drilling through a pile of treated lumber, and the right-angle design gave me much better control in tight stud bays.
This thing tore through a stack of wet lumber without even bogging down. The 13 amp motor feels like it could run all day, and the two-speed gearbox is perfect for switching between small holes and big ones.
Tackled a bunch of 2x6s for a deck frame and the low speed mode with that 450 RPM made quick work of the lag bolts. The weight is substantial but the handle and grip kept it comfortable for a long day of drilling.
Pulled a few hundred lag bolts through dense timber on a fence project yesterday, and that low-speed 450 RPM setting just walked through them without bogging down. The right-angle head makes getting into tight stud bays a breeze.
